The IFYAR Fair is 10 days of scientific discovery and sharing. The 2022 edition of the fair will run from the 1st to the 10th December 2022 at EcoPark-Cameroun, Yaoundé-Cameroon.

Tickets will be on sale online via our official website and social media platforms. Please follow our platforms to be informed when the registration will be launched.

During the fair, enter at the gates marked on the IFYAR Fair map. The fairgrounds are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the exception of closure due to some special events. See an event calendar.

No refunds are issued for IFYAR Fair admission.

The IFYAR Fair holds approximately 20 events during the fair time. Please have a look on the program of the fair

Here are indications that may be useful for booking area hotel rooms. We offer these links as a convenience for our guests and hope you will find them helpful. Hotel and motel listings appearing on these sites have not been checked by IFYAR Fair personnel, and we offer no recommendation of one over another.

For a fun and safe visit to the IFYAR fair, all guests must abide by our Code of Conduct. If you have questions regarding the Code of Conduct, please kindly refer to the security data sheet provided here.

The following are strictly prohibited at the IFYAR Fair:

• Disorderly, disruptive, harmful or criminal conduct
• Unlawful possession of alcohol, narcotics or illegal substances
• Possession of any article defined as a weapon

Guests attending the IFYAR Fair may bring in one unopened 1.5 L bottled water per guest. However, Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. All containers, backpacks, purses, and bags are subject to search. There are food/beverage storage facilities available. Please note there may be certain areas, exhibits, or events within the fairgrounds with different restrictions.

Guest Services is available during the IFYAR Fair. There are many information booths on the fairgrounds to answer questions or help direct you to the place you wish to visit.

For guest safety, drones are not permitted on or around the fairgrounds at any time.

If you lost something during the IFYAR Fair and are still at the Fairgrounds, stop by the Security Office located nearby the Ecopark restaurant. If you lost something and aren’t at the Fairgrounds, please call our Support Center at (+237) 693526516

When you enter the IFYAR Fairgrounds, photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, or inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication. All guests must abide by our Code of Conduct. Please be prepared as the items listed below are not allowed on the Fairgrounds. If these items are found at the Admission Gates, guests have the option of taking the item(s) back to their vehicle or voluntarily surrendering the item(s). Surrendered items will not be returned.

• Tasers or any type of stun device
• Knives with a blade longer than 2”
• Sharp metal objects
• Anything else that could be considered a weapon
