All IFYAR participants are in charge of individually promoting and creating a cozy and safe experience for all participants and visitors, mindful of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion or socioeconomic status.

IFYAR organizers are responsible to establishing a safe experience and will not be blinded to discrimination and magirnalization of conference participants in any form it may be.
