We are delighted to share the highlights of our training workshop that took place from October 12 to 13, 2023, at the conference hall of the National Agency for Research on AIDS and Viral Hepatitis (ANRS), located at the Central Hospital of Yaoundé. This workshop was dedicated to the essential theme: “Research Ethics: Understanding the principles of research ethics and applying them to research work.”

A Deep Exploration of Research Ethics

The workshop provided a unique opportunity to delve into the foundations of research ethics, a crucial pillar of any high-quality research work. Participants engaged in in-depth and interactive discussions on the ethical principles that guide scientific research.

Insight into Current Issues

Over these two days, our experts shared their knowledge on current ethical issues in research. They addressed topics such as informed consent, data confidentiality, responsible publishing, and much more.

Practical Application of Ethical Principles

The workshop went beyond theory. Participants had the opportunity to apply ethical principles to real-life scenarios. This allowed them to enhance their understanding and prepare to deal with complex ethical situations in their research work.

A Commitment to Quality and Integrity
